Patients who have recently visited a Sparrow facility can use the MySparrow activation code provided on their after-visit summary. This code will enable you to log in and create your own username and password. If you were not issued an activation code, but have visited a Sparrow facility recently, you may contact the clinic to get one e-mailed to you.
We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Unlike conventional e-mail, all MySparrow messaging is done while you are securely logged on to our website.

An activation letter has been sent to you and contains your BUnetID (username) and an activation code (PIN). The BUnetID identifies you to Bradley's network and permits you to access registration for orientation, course registration and technology resources located throughout campus.

Register your cell phone number to our self-service Password Reset Tool in order to receive a password reset PIN code by SMS text if you forget your password and the answers to your security questions. A valid BUnetID and mobile carrier capable of receiving SMS messages are required. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
The only way to recover the data is to be able to find traces of the encryption password used by the attacker or, alternatively, the recovery code in the .txt file automatically generated by BitLocker at the end of encryption of the partition.
In case you forget your password, your recovery e-mail must be registered in your user account so that you can set yourself a new password.
